We had a great stay at this hotel by the beach. the room design and cleanliness were top-notch. the service provided by the receptionist and phone operator was amazing. They provided us with the information we needed and always responded quickly. the location of the hotel is perfect, with access to many facilities close by.
The cleaning lady's attitude could use some improvement. They gave us a surprise knock on the door at exactly 11:00 AM, indicating the checkout time without any regard for our comfort level.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! From the spotless room to the helpful staff, everything was top notch. The hotel facilities were great and made my stay comfortable. The parking facility was convenient, and the location was ideal. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant and memorable stay, from the receptionist to the lady I spoke with over the phone.
Couldn't fault this hotel stay.

Our romantic escape was absolutely perfect! the room was nicely designed and clean. We loved the fact that they offered a welcome basket with fruits and champagne, which added a personal touch to our stay. the location was great, very close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation.
The cleaning lady's attitude was not the best. She knocked on our door showing her watch and made it clear that we needed to check out at 11:00.

The room we stayed in was nicely designed and very clean. We also appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, particularly the receptionist and lady who assisted us over the phone. the price was quite reasonable, making it a great option for a city break.
The check-out time of 11:00 am was a bit inconvenient for us and the cleaning lady's attitude towards us when we weren't quite ready to leave was less than pleasant. Perhaps extending the check-out time to 12:00 pm would be a better option.
